Approximately 40km from Arezzo and 40km from Florence. Nearby you can find river swimming - at the beginning of the river Arno and many other smaller rivers - and plenty of enchanting small villlages, nature walks, local Food Fairs and more!



The use of a car is essential. The house is well equipped for self catering, there is a washing machine, electric fan-assisted oven, gas cooker, wood-burning stove for the colder months. Equipment for small children/babies available.
