Villa Acquamarina is a single-family villa for your holidays in Scopello, Sicily. It is located just off the Zingaro natural Reserve. The villa, of about 130 sqm amid a private fenced estate of about 1600 sqm, has three double queen size bedrooms, three windowed bathrooms (two of which are en-suite bathrooms), a kitchen, a living/dining room, a solarium and two covered terraces where you can relax and have a stunning panoramic view of the entire Gulf of Castellammare up to Punta Raisi. The villa has been completely renovated in May 2012. A private parking is available within the fenced estate, as well as a direct access to the small beach you can see in the picture above, which is just a 100 meters walk from the villa. Comfortable furnishing comprises a complete kitchen with combo oven, dish-washer, refrigerator, freezer, LCD television in each room and in the living room, soap-dispensers and hair-dryers in each bathroom, and a safe-box.
