VILLA ROSA SCOPELLO-FRAGINESI
Villa Rosa is situated on the plateau of Fraginesi, only 3 km away from the sea in the beautiful countryside of Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello and is within easy driving distance of the wonderful golden beaches of the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The centre of Palermo is just 60 km away and its airport, Falcone Borsellino, is just 30 km away being less than a half an hours drive. The Villa itself is immersed in a 2.700 sqm garden with fruit trees, flowers and olive groves and has independent access and a private parking place. It consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, an ample light flooded living room with chimney and beautiful view of the garden with a fountain. From the kitchen you have access to the veranda which is fully equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is also a perfect starting point for excursions to famous places such as S. Vito Lo Capo, Erice, Trapani and the temples of Segesta and if you’re feeling very adventurous, The Egadin islands are easy to reach from Castellammare del Golfo. This year the “America’s Cup” will be taking place off the coast of Trapani (29.09.05-09.10.05) so Villa Rosa would be an idea place to base yourself.
