The B&B Home Visit is located in the historical centre of Agrigento, behind the Church of S. Domenico of the XVII century and between alleys and suggestive stairs, very close to the Pirandello Theater, formerly known as Regina Margherita, built in 1870 by the architect GB Filippo Basile. The entrance of this theatre takes place through the atrium of Palazzo dei Giganti, venue of the Municipality, which are part of Piazza Pirandello.
After that, there is the Pinacoteca Civica in the ex Collegio Filippini, built in 1703 wich is atrium is following the Church of San Giuseppe.
After many renovations in the recent past, inside of the Pinoteca Civica are set up many exhibitions, and it?s possible also to admire many paintings by 19th and 20th century artists, such as Giambecchina, Lojacono, Politi and Santella.
Leaving from the Pinacoteca Civica, begin the meain street of the city, Via Atenea, with several shops and many restaurants.
In 5 minutes on foot, it?s possible to reach the Diocesan Museum and the Cathedral of S. Gerlando, on the highest side of the hill.
Always in 5 minutes on foot, it?s possible to go to the church of Santa Maria dei Greci. It dates back to the period of Terone between 460-450 BC. and corresponds to the ancient Doric temple identified with the temple of Athena or Zeus, whose some ashes of the cell are still visible today through glass panels on the floor. The Church is called of the Greeks (dei Greci) because during the Byzantine domination it was a Greek Orthodox cathedral and later a Catholic cathedral
The central station and the Bus Terminal is close to 1 km from the B&B Home Visit, and there is also ivery to us a car parking with several floors.

Recently renovated and with independent entrance, it has 2 large double with the possibility to become triples, the rooms are made with attention to every details, and each rooms has its own bathroom with courtesy set and hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, window, a desk, TV and Wi-Fi.
