This corner of paradise, recently built, is located inside a large private property, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and a wood of walnut trees. It is the ideal place where to spend a holiday of relax without giving up to the modern comforts: each apartment is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and satellite TV. The entire property is managed with passion and enthusiasm by the two very welcoming and friendly young owners, who are able to make their guests feel at home. At the center of the green and beautiful park there is a beautiful large pool with sun beds and umbrellas, perfect to relax. For the more dynamic, there are many well-maintained paths all around the property, to be done on foot or by bike.We are in Montevarchi, in the province of Arezzo. This beautiful holiday home with swimming pool is surrounded by the typical greenery of the Tuscan countryside and is situated along the road called "Chiantigiana", which leads the Arno valley ("Valdarno") to Siena, crossing the well known villages of Gaiole in Chianti and Radda in Chianti, famous worldwide for their castles and the D.O.C.G. wines. Despite being surrounded by nature, we are just a few kilometers from the town of Montevarchi with banks, shops, pharmacies, hospital and supermarkets; the train station is about 1.5 kilometers from here, with regular trains to Florence (30 min), Arezzo (20 min) and the Pisa airport (less than 1 hrs ½) and the A1 motorway exit is 5 km. It is the ideal solution for those who want to visit the main Tuscan cities and appreciate its history, art and culture
