The Bed and Breakfast "I Gabbiani", owned and run by Claudia and Michele, is situated in the heart of the Umbrian hills, only 20 minutes from the historic centres of Perugia and Assisi. The location of “I Gabbiani” provides the opportunity to relax, explore the surrounding countryside, as well as visit nearby towns and cities.
Our eco-friendly B&B is located on the ground floor of our recently renovated home, providing guests with their own private entrance and facilities. A spacious garden and outdoor dining area offer an ideal space for relaxing, while the peaceful surroundings are perfect for walks and bicycle rides.
You will have the opportunity to discover the historical and natural heritage of the Umbria region, including the region’s capital Perugia and the well known hill town of Assisi, both of which are easily accessible by car or train. Closer to home are the charming towns of Umbertide and Città di Castello.
You have the option of two rooms, each with their own private entrance.
Room1: available either double or two single beds.
Room 2: This is the ideal room for the family. We cater for up 4 people. A great room for a family vacation.
The bathroom is for exclusive use for B and B guests.
If you desire a truly private and spacious stay, you have the option of renting both rooms.
